Hi, I’m Cynthia, owner and certified wedding and event planner with So Amazing Events. I’ve always been passionate about helping people and organizing things to make their life easier. I thrive in being in the details and managing all the logistics to bring everything together. It brings me joy to see smiling faces and people actually enjoying the moment.

For more than 15 years, I’ve been blessed to share my passion to create and coordinate unforgettable celebrations. From elegant weddings to milestone birthdays, retirement and graduation parties, impactful cultural programs such as Kwanzaa, Black History Month, Open Mic, and Improv night.

My clients appreciate my authentic, personal approach and ability to help them uncover what matters most. I’m a proud San Franciscan who finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, and cherishing time with my family and friends creating memorable moments. I enjoy singing as a soloist for celebrations and to simply bring comfort to others. Thanking God for allowing me to share my vocal talent to uplift others.

With an MBA and over 35 years of experience in the financial and technology industries, 28 of those years as a Professional Program & Project Manager, I bring a rare combination of strategic expertise and heartfelt care to every event I plan. Managing complex programs taught me how to lead with precision, anticipate challenges before they arise, and execute seamlessly under pressure.
