Our Process
Step 1 - Consultation
Step 2 - Proposal
During the 60 minute complimentary consultation, we focus our attention on learning more about you, your vision, budget, event details and priorities. Our intention is to gain clarity on what you want so that we can give you what you need.
We create a customized proposal based on the services discussed during the consultation. Once confirmed, we prepare a contract for your review.
Once the contract is signed and payment is received, your date is reserved and we begin the onboarding process to start planning for your big event.
Our team will be there managing all the logistics and coordinating your event to ensure your day is nothing short of amazing.
Step 4 - Event Management

Since every wedding is unique, we offer customizable packages designed to meet your specific needs. Below are the Planning & Coordination packages we offer, that can be tailored to your needs. Pricing may vary based on guest count and complexity. Consultation is needed to properly estimate your event. Coordination starts at $3,500.
Wedding Services
The Lyrics
Planning Only
The Lyrics is ideal for couples planning an intimate gathering with a maximum of three vendors, a small wedding party and up to 50 guests. It is a strategy session where we provide planning support, create checklists, timelines and event flow. You will have a working plan to help execute your intimate wedding.
The Melody
Coordination
The Melody is ideal for couples who like to be hands on with planning, but want to relax and enjoy their big day. They have booked the venue and all of their professional vendors. We step in 3 - 4 months before the wedding to coordinate with their professional vendors, complete the venue walk through, create checklists and timelines, manage the logistics and coordination for the big day.
The Harmony - Signature
Coordination + Design Support
The Harmony is ideal for couples who want Coordination and Design support. We include a design consultation that centers exclusively on the visual aspects of your event. It offers a unified creative roadmap that outlines the look, feel, and styling direction of your wedding.
